It was just fantastic.

The team was great.

I remembered,

the first time when my parents came to church to see what / how i did things in church.

They didn't say it out,

but you could see joy and pride in their eyes.

Today, Pastor said i did well and great.

And that was an honest truth.

I was invited to come back to play for more occasions.

There's so much grace that is overflowing...

I worked at ED for a day.

Shadowed this very friendly SW.

I WAS REALLY EXCITED

because i heard ED has alot of action and drama!

It's because,

everyone who comes through the hospital,

ED is the first place they'll be.

You need to be like a level 7 to qualify to be an ED SW.

Anyway...

I had a 97 y.o lady who is independent with mobility and self care.

I had a DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE!

Yeah it was really interesting.

Learnt alot.

It's challenging! It's rewarding.

When i was younger, i wanted to be a nurse.

Just like mummy.

Running up and down, going the extra mile for your Pt.

Attracting handsome doctors.

Getting warm wishes from your Pts.

Being appreciated for all you've done.

But she said, "Nurses have no life.."

and my aunty said,"DON'T WANT la, so hard life...".

That was how my dreams of becoming a nurse got dashed.

So, working at the hospitals.

Coming in to work, you will have that sense of excitement.

You never know what to expect or what will happen.

One day your Pt is in, and the next day they're out.

Haha.

Ok, it's not that serious.

I'm not in ED.

BUT it's true,

"Not everyone who comes into the hospital gets to go home."

Darn, i still feel emo when i see my pts lying in bed with all the tubes sticking out of their bodies.

God, give me strength, wisdom and knowledge.

I'm a student social worker

3 days of placement and there's so much i've learnt.

So much more to learn.

One of the greatest decision i've made in my life is to transfer from psych to social work.
It's been rewarding :)

All my grades and all my experiences with social work.

I'm truly bless.

It's like...

HOW many people can truly say that they love their job.

I DO! and i know I'll never get sick of it.

So, it's been three days and I've learnt so much.

Met so many people.

Occupational therapist, physio therapist, speech therapist, dietitian, nurses, consultants, patients, patient's family...

it's amazing!

I wanted to be a nurse and work at hospitals.

BUT NOW! haha

i can be a medical social worker.

It's not easy,

I've got to learn medical terminologies,

work together with the other professions.

It's a tiring but rewarding job.

So I'm back, and I've start summer school.
THANK GOD, there's air con for the whole 6 hours of lecture.
Uni is so quiet.
I feel very uncomfortable when i walk to Uni every morning.
There's simply no one.
Excepts for the peacocks.

Anyway,
about my class uni mates,
well it's pretty interesting and fascinating bunch of peeps.
WHY?
Most of them are Master students.
And i'm one of the youngest, who's still doing a Bachelor.

AND DID YOU KNOW!
The faculty is never ever forever taking any more students for the Bachelor of Social Work!
They've changed the intake for Masters!
SO UNFAIR!
We, the undergrads are doing EXACTLY the same units as the postgrad students!
"HOW CAN LIKE THAT!"

Lectures, with all these postgrads students are...
chaotic.
All the uncles and aunties have seem to forgotten classroom ethics.
They were shouting and debating from one end of the room to the other.
But,
these topics are very sensitive issues, dealing about the Aboriginal History.
We have two Indigenous woman in our class.
AND they are very very vocal.
Too long to explain.
I truly respect them.

Lets move on, I've become a
cleanliness/hygiene freak.
Mom's not here to clean up the mess. I miss her.
And i've been working my guts out cleaning up the house.
Wash clothes. Cooked. Clean up. Sweep carpet. Mop floor. Clean toilet.
Do gardening. Buy food. Prepare lunch boxes. AND the list goes on.
Besides that,
I've got to go to school everyday.
Sometimes i feel like i'm a housewife studying full time.
SO TIRING!

i had my last lecture (Aboriginal History)
And during times like this, where exams are just round the corner,
you see the whole room pack with first time faces...
(That means you've never seen this guy/girl in lectures at all...
AND you are sitting for the same paper with them)

Anyway... this is not the interesting part.
So our lecturer started off the lecture in a super serious tone.
And briefed us on the exam paper...
So this was what he said...
(It's something along these lines)

"So, we, your lectures, hate the exams.
We see no point in giving you exams.
But it's a policy that all first year students will need to sit for a
40% exam paper...

BLALALALALA.

Our Arts Faculty we practice three kinds of exam policies.

1st...policy.
Some student will prepare very hard with their own strength and knowledge.
And when they finally sit for their exam,
it will be their first time looking at the paper and then start to go blank.

2nd...policy.
Lectures will prepare their student with huge hints.
And they pass with flying colors!

3rd...policy.
Lectures believe exams are useless in making students study and learn.
Therefore, they give their students the exact exam paper.
And that's what we're going to do today."

I have finally settled the house.
Everything is up and running.

This afternoon, after i came back from church...
i fell into 2 deep cycles of sleep.

And my REM, stages 4 and 3 was splendid .

During a deep deep sleep:

You get to open your mouth wide and sleep.
You get to snore.
You are knocked out and do not know the building is on fire.
And best of all
YOU get to DREAM dreams!

My metal pot chicken rice.

It wasn't perfect, but it was awesome.
It had the burnt smell.
And the chicken was tender.
The mushrooms had flavor.
And the sauce was tasty.

Only 5 more days and we are off on the roads.
Argyll Tours proudly organized this road trip for the ASIANS.

My 2nd Crabbing Trip

AWESOME MAN!
We went crabbing again.
We couldn't get enough of them!
HAHA it was kinda of a random trip and it was planned last minute.

This time round, we caught...
34 CRABS!
NEW RECORD!
Haha we left the place truly satisfied.
No more crabbing till next summer!

I am truly proud to say that i cleaned and cut all 34 crabs!
Yes by myself.
Can you do that?
Do you know how to cut the crab? Haha

My friends did an amazing job with:
- Prima Chilli Crab mix
- Lee Kim Yuan OX sauce
- Lee Kim Yuan Black Pepper sauce
- Stolen butter from Trinity's dinning hall

We had to fight for bread and chilli sauce.
And you can hear everyone sucking their fingers!
Finger licking good!

I had 2 and a half crabs.
Kong happily ate 6 crabs.
I feels so good to have good food flowing down your throat and into your stomach.
It's the best feeling to have when you are away from home.

Too hot to handle...
I've finally experienced summer in Australia at 39-42 degrees.

It's so bad that i feel like i'm a walking bak-qua.
And all the aussies have turned into cooked red lobsters.
One pair of sunglasses and SPF50++ sunblock isn't enough,
to guarantee you a skin-cancer-free life.

I'm back in Perth and I've been spending my time at these,
TOP few favorite hangout places.

1. Standing in front of the fan. On full blast.

2. Sprinkling water from my sink onto my body.

3. Standing in the COLD shower for at least 20 mins. 4 times a day!
(Haha but there's a big sign in the toilet saying," Limit showers to 3 mins")

4. Sitting in front of my mini bar fridge.
(Thats the reason why i don't stock my my fridge with food anymore)

5. Sticking my head into Argyll's freezer.
(The freezer has heaps of ice cubes. Haha all purpose ice clubs)

6. Finding any place with AIR CON...
-Kong's car.
-Cinemas.
-Shopping centers.
-Freezers.
(Thank God for such great inventions!)

7. Going to IGA's frozen food sections.

That's about it :)

I'm back in perth.

With 33kg of precious stuff.
But i was pretty upset that i couldnt bring all 39kg.
And of course i wasn't willing to pay!!
But thanks to nick, jerome and
birthday boy, Kuen who came to send me off :)

Sobs. haha 6kg was heaps of stuff to sacrifice.
My winter clothes and speakers too.
But i'm glad to survive the 4 hour Qantas flight.
My first time flying QF.

My observation:
There are more air stewards than air stewardess.
They were pretty sweet and friendly.
With the cute aussie accent.
My first time clearing custom without even having them to check my bags.
But my hand carry was really heavy.

Kong picked my up. Hurray!
Thank god for boyfriend who drives:)

First celebration:
Invitation will be to the closest friends,
who been with me through thick and thin.

Then all of us will go to a fancy place for dinner.

Emmie, Nick, Janan, Raymond and I did a camp recently.
For Nayang Primary School, P5 kids.
It was a new experience for me.
And i learned a lot within 3 days.

We will do Back-to-back camps,
at the end of the year.

I did something good today

I did a good deed today...

But for a moment, i entertained a thought of regret.

You know the feeling of,
"I have to do it! Or else i can't sleep tonight!"
Yeah, i saw this man along orchard road.
He was selling Super Glue and the "Spider Man"
(If you know what i mean, you see many people selling it along orchard road)
Kong and I was on the way back,
and i was surprise to still see him (Since morning till night)
sitting on the cold hard dirty floor,
selling these "worthless" things,
waiting for passerby to buy his stuff.

I HAD THAT FEELING,
and i know i had to do what.
But this super glue was X10 more than the usual price.
(Yes, do your calculation)
Clearly, i was the first customer of the day.

Wait...
WHY IN THE WORLD DO I NEED SUPER GLUE?

I know i wanted to react like this.
"Hello, I'm trying to be nice here, YOU try to rip me off!!"
BUT...
no no no.

I MADE THAT DECISION,
to go with my feelings.
Why should i even feel this way.
I should feel happy that i manage to help someone today.

You know what made me feel better...
It made me realized that i'm still HUMAN!
I still have my feelings and emotions intact.
And i still have a heart willing to serve.

EVEN THE AH-MOHS were impressed.
I walked across and field through a shortcut and crashed their party.
It was a moment of silence.
They were just amazed.
A small size ASIAN girl like me.
CARRYING something that's bigger than me...
It's something of a scene you don't get to see everyday.

But then again. They're RACIST.
Oh well. My arms are certainly aching.

WELL, WELL.
Last few days I've indeed made full use of my time enjoying.
Been to the beach twice.
Been to the city twice.
Been to North Bridge every night.
Been to Burswood, finally without any ID check.
Been to South City Church again.
Been to SUPRE warehouse.
And been to the GOLF COURSE twice.

Going to the golf course was really an experience.
Come to think of it, I'm starting to appreciate golf.
I'm no longer looking at it as a boring, old man's game.

I think SOMEONE said,
"To be a great golfer, you need skills. Lots and lots of them."
Yup. I've seen Pro-golfers.
And Not-so-pro golfers.
There is indeed a clear obvious difference in both.
And golf courses here in Australia are so beautiful.
NOTHING COMPARED TO SING PORE.
I truly had the privilege to grace some pro-golfer's game.
**By the way, you can't do that in Singapore.
You can't be on the course if you're not a golfer.

Thank God for everything.

First Uni exam was a one of a kind experience.
I swear, it's been a long time since i really studied.
Hmmm, since O levels?

Oh my goodness!! ROAD TRIP WAS AWESOME!
I'm having like road trip withdrawal syndrome.
I gotten to know some of my friends better.
And it couldn't be more fun without anyone of them there.

The house was beautiful! You just don't wanna leave that place. It's so good for retirement.
Road trip should have been longer.
But it was just refreshing!!!!

The most memorable part of the trip was...
My star gazing moment.
Out the house drink wine, looking at the sky.
Freaking cold.
All the stars were just shinny so bright.
Yes i saw a shooting star.
But i just stood there amazed and in awe.
It was just so beautiful. God's creation is perfect.
All the other scenery of the ocean's, rocks, and beaches were just awesome.

Ever since i've been here. God has showed me so many things about church.
Here in aus and back home in singapore.
Every thing that im learning here, i'm absorbing like a sponge.
And i can't wait to squeeze them out of me till every last drop.

BUT..................?
Will there be anyone out there who is willing to take a step out into the darkness with me?
Or will i just be standing there alone again.
Wanting to do so much, so ready, so passionate, then again.... BUT?

How can these happen? How did it happened?
How can we all just be boxed up and not wanting to try new things?
How are we not going to grow to change if you think there's nothing left to accomplish?

One day, Ophie, Cynthia and Rachel went to school.
Monday blues had set in.
The only thing that kept them happy and warm was...
THE SUN!

Everyone when for Social Work lecture with the half awaken look.
Even the teacher was PMS-ing.
AS USUAL!
The typical Singaporeans girls were lazy over the weekends, thus did not do any preparations for tutorial.
Trying hard to rack their brains on how to escape, the word, "BEACH!" just strucked Rachel's mind.

Evil thoughts came in...
The only consolation to relieve our guilt free hearts were:
1) WE FINIALLY completed our pysch report!
2) We're already in the HOLIDAY MOOD!
3) Mr SUN! doesn't shine everyday!
4) It's our first time skipping tutorial
4a) Plus our lecturer was PMS-ing... better not get in her way!
5) We WILL STUDY AT THE BEACH...bullshit :X

OKIE here's what i've been doing over the past few days.

One day i woke up and this was what i saw outside my window!
What a lovely day!

So we decided to do something!
And yes! The beach!
FIRST TIME here in Perth!
The sand is so fine.
The sun was so sunny!
The wind was just great.
YEAH MAN! Imagine this...

COLD soft fine sand.
Hot sun tanning your skin.
Cool wind blowing your hair.
And the sand all over your body!
WOW...
You can get tanned in a half hour.
And the best thing you don't feel all wet and sticky!

OH lovely sun set. It's not really the best cause it was getting cloudy!

Oh here i am in the kitchen watching my muffins bake.
I did it for that someone who really helped me so so much.
Man what will i do without you here right? haha
Ya, so i had to make it up for him.
My hard work labor of love. Muffins.... It's so good.

Oh yeah ask me what i do in uni?
Haha i do drawing!
Art class is so fun! I drew this sulk for 3 hours!
We had real human sulks as our models.

And the following week we had to add in facial muscles.
It's really interesting!
Our teacher kinda works for CSI.
She reconstructs human faces with just a sulk left.
If you watch CSI you will know what i mean :)

Anyway! I've been doing alot of dancing in my room.
It's really fun! Especially when you danced to Break Free.
GOD i can't wait for the day when i see my youths dancing in your freedom.
Worshiping you and not afraid to express themselves.
BREAK FREE man...

I can't wait to go to Hillsong Conference 2008 next year!

It's really refreshing.
I thank god for this wonderful long break.

Okie i'm looking at two churches.
FCC - Faith Community Church
SCC - South City Church

Ps Benny is at FCC.
Gracia and family is at SCC.

I love FCC cause pastor benny is there!
The fellowship is great!
ALL Asians. Feels like singapore.
AND there are alot of UWA students there and their cell group is great.
I have 2 new friends following me there.
And i do get free rides to church, appreciate it so so much.
BUT... i'm just another uni girl there.
BUT...Everything is familiar, so much like YMM.
BUT...I dont thing i can serve much in there. Church is firm already.
BUT...I have friends with that cell group! like JANAN! aha em... you know...
BUT...I feel it's my responsibility to take care of my two new friends.

I love SCC too cause... Aunty Cindy and Uncle Willie are really taking care of me.
I LOVE the worships, cause everyone is really worshipping and being real.
I love the pastor and his sermons cause he really speaks with passion.
I love the worship, they are always trying new stuff and songs.
Everyone is so hungry for more all the time and it's amazing.
Small church too and fair mix of asians and ah mohs.
BUT...HAHA i still dont have much friends.
BUT...It's nearer than FCC but i feel bad getting lifts back everytime.
BUT...Hard to communicate with ah mohs ahha
BUT...

I don't know.
Haha, tommy kor said i can grow when i am willing to take my chances and be out of the comfort zone.
Then again, ahah i feel so part of FCC too, cause i knew meeting PS Benny in church camp was well planned. Such a blessing.

Hey peeps.
I was in town that day. And as usual it was raining.
We were quite irritated cause our shoes were all already getting wet.
Plus the weather is so cold.
Your toes might just get...haha you know la.
But anyway... I was something so beautiful.
Trust me.
It was God's beauty.

Yes, a really pretty rainbow.

It's something that you don't get to see everyday.

What does it mean or remind you of?

I just stood there and smiled.

The reason why i'm here today is because God kept His promise for me.

I'm just really grateful.

BUT i broke down today.

I was just lost.

I had philosophy lectures today and the subject was,

"Philosophy of Religion"

Yes, it's really interesting.

But i was challenged.

I learnt about God being:
1)Omnipotent

2)Omniscient

2)Omnibenevdent

And the lecturer was throwing questions at us on how some philosophers think other wise.

Like how debates and parodox where raised and challenged.

The whole lecture reminded me of bible school.

However i sat there blank.

I was wondering, is this really my faith?

And is everything i'm hearing now really from the bible and christian context?

I really enjoyed myself. Cause every word she said made me think hard.

She also gave really definations of why God is self-existence.

But what if someone come up to you and question you?

What makes you think that God is real?

What will you do?

Oh well, i sat there thinking.

Gosh i have to write essays and argue on my stand at the end of the semster.

Will i be the one who stands out from everyone and be firm on my faith?

I don't know if my lecturer is a christian.

But indeed i saw many who were lost in the hall.

I broke down and realised.

I know nothing much about God.

I'm not saying that i'm still drinking milk.

BUT i got just so hungry.

I GOT REALLY SCARED!

Here is a God who knows everything about me.

But this is that much i know about Him.

Even tough i personal know Him in a different level.

It's never enough.

HEY all, im so sorry man!
I didn't have any internet for the past one week.
Yeah im all alone now! haha
MOM and DAD left already.
So what's up for me?

School has already started.
First day of school was fun even tough i got kinda lost.
BUT everyone says it's normal.
IM pretty much getting the hang of this.
And my hobby in school is guessing which asian is a singaporean!
Haha i usually get them right all the time!

And yes.
I'm quite sick of hostel food.
It's pretty much ah-moh style.
So these few days, with a few friends, together we went to broadway.
Being able to find a supermarket really mades us excited!
Not like it's a shopping center.
But at least there are human souls around.
So we were at broadway, i managed to get Nissan Cup Noodles!
Man... it's little treats from heaven you know!
PLUS. i couldnt bear myself to buy peach tea.
*yeah kuen! im not drinking peach tea for once!
Guess how much it is? $2.80AUD.

Yeah church updates!
Last week i was at pastor benny's church!
AWESOME!
But this week i went to South City Church.
And yes finally met gracia and the family!
They were great and friendly!
THE WHOLE CHURCH was friendly.
I was thinking, i don't mind coming to this church.
If i really wanna step out of the comfort zone.
Cause this is pretty much a local church.
AT LEAST i get to interact with others than all singaporeans.
But still praying about it.
Hoping to go to Nat's church soon!

Today, haha so happen i just met another SINGAPOREAN!
SHE's such a super nice girl!
We are all doing ARTS!

She stays in yishun, from YJ and yeah we are starting to miss chicken rice and MAC garlic chilli.
BUT she still hasn't a hostel to stay yet!

All the ah-mohs are so BIG!
Mom and Dad came with me to visit the college with me.
We had lunch there and the servings are so big that i could have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Even tough i feel excluded cause im the corner room...
BUT it's really quite and BIG!
I got a sink beside my bed... i can pee there in the night if im scared! haha

Just few days left

I've been thinking, what i'm seeing. And i know how i'm feeling.
And honestly, knowing what might happen isn't making me feel comfortable.
Gess, i wonder why.

All these aside. I'm just really grateful to eveything that's been happening.
Me being able to go is truly a blessing.
Realising the fact that i've been loved so much by all of you sets my heart crying.
Undserstanding all these can happen because of supernatural power, really makes me feel special.

Just a few more days left, and i'll be left on my own.
In a new place, new environment, new people, new lifestlye.
I don't know what i'm expecting.
But i'll be praying hard.
And yes i can see myself sitting there alone missing everyone.
Gosh i really don't know how bad it will be.

All the friendship i've built with much love and energy, is all going to start again.
Sigh.

SO WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING IN MY LIFE?

haha IT's JUST HAPPENING!!!
Okie okie, i guess most people have already know.
YES! I'm going, i'm going, i'm going!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to all who may feel it's too sudden.
BUT honestly, i'm really happy to go.
To leave this house that doesn't feel like home.
To leave this place where memories lay underground.
To leave this place without any more expectations and disappointments.
I'm not saying that i'm leaving and turning my backs on you all and never return.
I'm just happy to have a break from my life.
And maybe just be who i really am.

I been to china and took some family photos, haha.
I think i look really nice.

When for church camp, and i finally met Pastor Benny Ho in person!
Haha, he has really given lots of excitment about going to perth.
To serve God in a new way, and grow.
Man, i wanted to share my testimony on how and why God has given me this chance to go,
but then again, haha not necessary to share so much juicy details with some who don't even bother to rejoice with me.
Haha i'll share with u all who are coming to my ******** *****!!!!

Well i still have alot of things to do before going.
Maybe more shopping, cause EM is complaining it's too ex out there.
ANYWAY i've got alot of things on my list and on my mind.

You know, it's been such a wonderful and amazing journey these 6 weeks in bible school.
I have been so so blessed by all the teachings and chapels sessions.
Yes it true, Dean said that many of us are really being stretched. And many of us are feeling tired. One way or another, in serving and stuff. But we have to believe that God always make happy endings.

Phew anyway, just to share. I've never been so HAPPY AND SO SATISIFED with my grades. Honestly haha i've never "smart", but it's been truly a great encouragment to know that all things are possible with God's strength, and his grace.

“Great powers come great responsibilities.”

Just as the Spider had given Spiderman the ability and special powers to do the extraordinary good deeds to help fight crime and save the day, and be that superhero to many. God too, has given all of us different spiritual gifts and talents, as well as supernatural abilities by the Holy Spirit to help build up God’s kingdom in our own small little ways. God has given this ability to EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM, because our God is a powerful God.

1. Power of prayer:

What is prayer?
Prayer is a humble act of worship that we bring unto our father in seeking him with all our heart. In simple terms, prayer is having a conversation with our father. Praying is just talking to God from your heart, in your own words. God is interested and concerned with everything about us.

Prayer is also asking god for guidance and waiting for him to lead us in direction.

And lastly it’s through prayer that we praise our mighty God.

But what is the power of prayer?
PRAYER CHANGES THINGS

Jeremiah 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.

And yes I’m sure you yourself have many great personal testimonies to share with others on how God has really moved and change your lives because you were obedient to commit yourself to prayer.

Prayer changes things! Many situations have been altered, lives changed and priorities rearranged by spending time in prayer.
Why is this? God answers prayer!

Not only does prayer change things but it changes people - the lives of the ones prayed for as well as the persons praying.
Thousands of answers to prayer are recorded regularly in the books of heaven, as well as in the remembrances of committed Christians.

Miracles of salvation, healing, preservation, deliverance and prosperity are common occurrences for those who really believe God’s Word and appropriate His promises for themselves!

The word of God has stated so many evidences of people who prayed and saw results. The bible did state one evidence; it has recorded countless stories and testimonies to prove that prayer is powerful and real. Plus we have today’s encounters and testimonies of our own that prove it too. And because all these are stated in the word of God, which is ever living and real, it only comes to show that PRAYER REALLY DOES CHANGE THINGS.

The best part of praying is when we are reminded by the promises God has give to us in the bible.
· Psalms 9:12 He does not ignore those who cry to him for help.
· Matthew 7:7 Keep on asking and you will be given what you ask for.
· James 5:16 The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great powers and wonderful results.

Never underestimate the power of prayer. It is so awesome that it will save the lost, tear down strongholds in your life, heal the sick, and change lives forever.

2. Power of forgiveness:

It's challenging to think about forgiving people who have hurt us, isn't it? We don't want to let go of the painful memories of abuse, put-downs, broken promises, harsh words, family or work offenses.

· Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Someone said "Forgiveness is another way of admitting, 'I'm human, I make mistakes, because I’m a sinner and I’m venerable.” Forgiveness cancels a debt someone owes us and restores relationship. It is the only solution for us living in this world with sin and evil to help us start over with people and with God.

Example: Spider man, Peter Parker had un-forgiveness in his heart. The black suit, turn him to an ugly person. We lose our identity in Christ.

When there are un-forgiveness sin our hearts, we are not pure before God. How we are able see and experience God’s love for us, or to even walk close to him when we have sins in our hearts? Our God is holy, how can we enter his presence without a pure and contrite heart. God and sins can never be put together because he is Holy. Unforgiveness not only ruins our relationship, but it also poisons our soul, and at the end of the day, the person who will be most hurt by unforgiveness is us.

It is through the power of forgiveness among ourselves and to those who have hurt us, we then only learn about real forgiveness at the foot of the cross where Jesus Christ shed His blood to pay for the sins of the whole world.

That is God's kind of forgiveness- - free, sacrificial, no cost on our part.

When we experience His forgiveness we want to obey Him.
We can recognize that we are sinners in need of forgiveness. This helps us empathize with those who have injured us.
· Paul writes in Rom 15:7-8 "Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God."

Perhaps the most powerful outcome of forgiveness is that it changes and enables us to become more like Christ Who said as He hung dying on the cross... "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do."
God's love and grace is the power behind forgiveness, granting us supernatural power to forgive others, the power to overcome resentment, the power to redeem relationships and show God's love to a hurting world.

3. Power of Jesus’ Name:

I. Jesus’ name is above every name

No other name has greater power and authority associated with it in heaven or earth.
Jesus is the name that has been given to our Savior - God’s only begotten Son. When the prophecies of Christ were given, it was said, “His name would be called Jesus for He would save His people from their sin.”

II. There is power to forgive sin in Jesus name

There is no other savior from our sin. Scripture is very clear that the only name, by which we must be saved from sin, is the name of Jesus.
Acts 4:12 – “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”

III. What we ask of God in Jesus Name will

· John 14:14 Yes, ask anything in my name and I will do it.

The request should be such that it will advance His work, it is in line with His will, and His kingdom will be expanded in the lives of people. He honors and gives to us the requests that are in line with His will and what will advance His work.

Jesus said,” Since I have told you to use my name and ask the Father, and since He recognizes my name, He will give you what you ask.”
There is history associated with your name. So it is with Jesus’ name. When we come to the Father, He looks at what is being requested, and sees how this fits into His plan.

And yes, we know since God has given such powers what are we going to do with them? Of course, we need to take responsibility and use it wisely as God has entrusted it to us.

4. Our Responsibility

Our responsibility of having the power of prayer is simply to pray earnestly with humble hearts. And having the passion to intercede for our love ones and this fallen world, in other words stand in the gap for the lost. We also need to pray and be discipline to hear from God as he may use us to be His instrument and bring forth His word to others. And it’s because of our obedience and hunger to pray for wanting change to happen with God’s will, God will therefore keep his promises according to his word. And many will benefit and be blessed from him.

Our responsibility to forgiveness is to not allow sin to dwell in our hearts so that we might be close to God, worshiping him with a pure and holy heart. And because we are holy and transparent before him, we can therefore be ready to obey when he speaks. We can also stand and testify to those who had hurt us in different ways, we can forgive because Christ has forgiven us. Yes, even tough it is hard, but because of overwhelming love that we too are sinners and we have been forgiven at the cross where Jesus died for you and me. We too can learn how to show love in forgiveness and allow Jesus to heal our hurts and pains in His time.

It is our privilege and responsibility to share the power there is in Jesus’ Name and the work He does. It is the Name of Jesus and the work that He did on the cross that we trust in for our salvation. It is the name of Jesus and His work that we are to share with others so they can find salvation as well.

Presenting my class, School of Leadership Tung Ling 2007!!

Yes, as you can see.
I am really the youngest!
And it's good, cause people remember you as the baby of the class.
And they really know how to shower you with all kinds of love.

It was my frist time leading worship today.
And thank god, it was awesome.
Presence of God was sweet.
And now, i'm being so vexed up with what to do next.

Yes, i know. Some say life is never fair.
It's true.
But what can i do?
Yes, go ahead, complain.
But i believe God has plans for everyone differently.

It's been said that these next 5 months are works of preparations.
Not immediate guradation of leadership.
And now, i'm wondering what's next in life?
You really wanna do something that you love with passion.
But sometimes things don't always flow the way you want it to be.
Oh well...

I learn just to wait.

Bible school.
Big dreams. Big visions. Big plans. Big calling. Big purpose.
5 months are said not to be a leader yet.
But a steady preparation with experience and well knowledge and wisdom to start being a leader.
Bible school has really opened my eyes!
I'm starting to see what is life all about again.
I'm starting to know who God is.
I'm starting to do the right things.
